摘要
在世界各国共同推进的教育国际化进程中,越来越多的教师积极参与其中,成为国际流动人才队伍中的一员。纵观当前国际学术界关于教师国际流动经验的相关研究成果,其理论基础涉及劳动力迁移与移民理论、社会认同理论、文化与人力资本理论、文化适应与休克理论等。教师国际流动经验相关研究的发展可确证教师作为国际流动的主体,畅显教师国际流动的具体实践,探求教师国际流动的可能依持。就研究主题而言,相关研究成果涉及教师国际流动经验的性质、主体、进程、内容等维度。
In the process of internationalization of education that pushed by all countries in the world,more and more teachers participate in the process of migration.Observing the current academic study on teacher’s migrating experience,we find that its theory foundation involves many domains such as labor migration and migration theory,social identity theory,culture and human capital theory,cultural adaptation and shock theory,and so on.At the same time,the development of relevant research can confirm teacher as the subject of migration,show the specific practice of teacher’s migration,and explore the possible dependence for teachers’migration.As to its research theme,it involves the nature,subject,process and content of teacher’s migrating experience.
