摘要 通过对某电厂1000 MW超超临界机组主要运行经济指标现状的分析以及电除尘、输灰系统现场设备和系统状况的诊断,提出了影响除灰系统电耗的主要因素,确定除灰系统节能降耗工作的方向和重点,通过针对性的输灰系统性能策略优化及相应的改造措施的落实,达到电厂除灰系统优化运行,进一步降低电厂能耗的目的。可为同类型燃煤机组节能降耗优化运行提供参考。 Through the analysis of the main operating economic indexes of a 1000 MW ultra-supercritical unit and the diagnosis of the on-site equipment and system status of the electric dust removal and ash transportation system,the main factors affecting the power consumption of the ash removal system are put forward The direction and emphasis of energy-saving and consumption-reducing of ash-handling system are determined.Through the performance optimization of ash-handling system and the implementation of corresponding transformation measures,the purpose of optimizing the operation of ash-handling system and further reducing the energy consumption of power plant is achieved.It can provide reference for the same type coal-fired unit to save energy and reduce consumption。
