摘要
针对大型光伏电站AVC系统调节逆变器无功速度慢、可靠性差,难以满足光伏电站电压剧烈波动需要快速控制的现状,设计了一种基于GOOSE通信的快速无功控制系统,提出了分时快速控制方法及等裕度无功分配策略,并研制了快速无功控制器。试验结果表明,该系统达到了全站低于50 ms的电压/无功控制系统响应延时,可在一定程度上减少甚至替代SVG的配置,节约光伏电站的建设成本和设备占地。
At present,the AVC system of large-scale PV power plants is difficult to meet the needs of rapid control of voltage fluctuation due to its slow reactive power regulation speed and poor reliability.Therefore,a fast reactive power control system is designed based on GOOSE communication,and a time-sharing fast control method and an equal-margin reactive distribution strategy are proposed,and a fast reactive power controller is also developed.The test results show that the system has a reactive power control response time of less than 50 ms for the whole station,which can reduce or even replace the configuration of SVG,consequently saving the construction cost and land occupation for photovoltaic power plants.
