摘要
承重保温一体化外挂墙板采用轻质微孔混凝土与普通混凝土叠合而成。墙板具有承重、保温一体化功能,可依据设计需求,制成与房屋开间尺寸相匹配的大型墙板体系。针对墙板的连接方式和生产工艺,通过对3块不同层高、足尺窗间墙板的单调加载试验,研究不同浇筑方式和与主体结构新型连接构造方式对墙板性能的影响。试验结果表明:轻质陶粒泡沫混凝土与普通混凝土叠合较好,能够共同工作,墙板的浇筑方式对其结构性能没有影响,在墙板受荷阶段未出现叠合面的滑移现象。墙板与主体结构的连接方式简洁、有效,可保证荷载的传递,且施工简单。该墙板具有良好的物理力学性能。
The bearing capacity and thermal insulation integrated external hanging wallboard is composite of light microporous concrete and ordinary concrete. The wallboard has the function of bearing capacity and thermal insulation, which can be made a large wallboard system matched the size of the building according to the design requirements. The performance of the connection mode and production process of the wallboard were studied, and the monotone loading test was conducted on three wallboards with full scale window in different floor heights. The effects of different pouring methods and new connection structures with main structures on the performance of wallboards were studied. The test results showed that the lightweight ceramsite foam concrete could be congruent with the ordinary concrete and they were in a good cooperative work. The pouring mode of the wallboard had no effect on the structural performance of the wallboard, and there was no slip phenomenon of the superposition surface in the loading stage of the wallboard. The connection method between the wall panel and the main structure was simple and effective, which could ensure the load transmission, and the construction was simple. The wallboard showed good physical and mechanical properties.
