基于试验的轻质围护墙板承载力设计值确定方法 被引量:3

METHOD FOR DETERMINING THE DESIGN VALUE OF BEARING CAPACITY OF LIGHTWEIGHT WALLBOARD BASED ON EXPERIMENTS

摘要 轻质混凝土围护墙板具有质轻、热工性能好等优点,被广泛应用于装配式建筑的围护体系,但是,我国现行标准GB 50010-2010《混凝土结构设计规范》不适合轻质混凝土墙板设计。在介绍欧洲标准、国际标准组织(ISO)和我国标准中基于试验设计方法的基础上,参照ISO 2394∶2015《结构可靠性一般原则》和我国GB 50153-2008《工程结构可靠性设计统一标准》相关内容,结合GB 50204-2015《混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范》中预制混凝土构件承载力检验系数,提出针对轻质混凝土围护墙板的基于试验的承载力设计值确定方法。该方法通过对同一规格样本试件进行试验,测得每个试件的承载力值,利用承载力检验系数和概率统计理论合理估计该规格墙板承载力设计值,避免了GB 50010-2010不适合轻质墙板设计的问题,为轻质混凝土围护墙板的设计计算和推广应用提供参考,并写入中国工程建设标准化协会标准《装配式轻质混凝土围护结构技术规程》(报批稿)中。 Lightweight concrete enclosing wallboards possess the advantages of light mass and good thermal performance, and have been widely used in the envelope system of prefabricated buildings. However, the current national standard of China Code for Design of Concrete Structures(GB 50010-2010) is not suitable for the design of light-weight concrete wallboard. The design methods based on experimental models in European standards, International Organization for Standardization′s standards and Chinese standards were introduced in the paper. The method to determine the design value of bearing capacity based on experiments of lightweight concrete enclosing wallboard was given by referring to the related contents in General Principles on Reliability for Structures(ISO 2394∶2015) and Unified Standard for Reliability Design of Engineering Structures(GB 50153-2008), and combining with the coefficients of bearing capacity inspection of precast concrete component in Code for Acceptance of Constructional Quality of Concrete Structures(GB 50204-2015). The bearing capacity of each specimen was obtained by testing the specimens with the same specification, and the design value of bearing capacity was reasonably estimated based on coefficients of bearing capacity inspection and probability statistics theory. The method could avoid the problem that the code GB 50010-2010 was not suitable, and provide a reference for design calculation and application of lightweight concrete enclosing wallboard, and it was written into the CECS standard Technical Specification for Building Envelope of Lightweight Concrete(draft for approval).
