摘要
针对目前产业园区规划设计中存在的突出问题,结合中国电科华南电子信息产业园的规划设计,提出绿色生态园区的规划理念及开发原则。按照(减排、再利用、可回收和可重组)4R原则、食物链原则、生态优先原则,因地制宜地进行产业园规划、空间形态、功能体系、交通组织、景观体系、绿色园区和智慧园区的构建,突显地域特色,打造生态自然、宜居宜业、智慧高效的绿色生态产业园区,充分体现了产业园发展方式的转变。
Aiming at the outstanding problems existing in the planning and design of the industrial park and combining with the analysis of the planning and design of South China electronics information industrial park of CETC, the planning concept and development principle of the green ecological park were put forward. According to the 4 R principle, food chain principle, ecological priority principle, according to local conditions, the industrial park planning, spatial form, function system, traffic organization, landscape system, green park and smart park construction.etc, were carefully carried out, which highlighted the regional characteristics, created an ecological and livable,and intelligent green ecological industrial park. The planning design was fully represented the transformation of industrial park development mode.
