摘要
阿斯塔纳轻轨一期工程是"一带一路"重点工程之一,是哈萨克斯坦的首条城市轻轨工程。由于海外建设轻轨项目与在国内建设存在着较大差异,尤其是在极端气候条件下建设安全可靠、高效节能的轻轨项目是建设项目的难点。首先对该项目所在地阿斯塔纳气候条件和城市建筑风格进行概括介绍,针对当地冬季寒冷漫长、暴风雪频繁的条件,对阿斯塔纳轻轨车站建筑标准化设计进行梳理,继而着重分析严寒地区轻轨车站的设计特色:全封闭式车站站型的保温设计,避免出现结露的结露计算检验、幕墙体系在严寒气候条件下的除雪、抗风、安全性等适应性研究。通过对阿斯塔纳车站建筑方案特点的描述,阐述在海外项目中应充分考虑安全和使用因素,设计理念应向本土化转变,尽可能规避海外设计风险,促进项目的顺利实施。
The Astana light rail transit(LRT) phase I project was one of the key projects of the Belt and Road Initiative and was the first urban LRT project in Kazakhstan. Although China had relatively mature experiences in LRT construction, there were major differences between the construction of LRT projects overseas and that in China. How to develop a safe, reliable and energy-efficient LRT project under extreme climatic conditions was the primary starting point for the design. The paper firstly introduced the climate conditions and urban architectural styles of Astana, where the project was located, and sorted out the standardization design of Astana LRT station according to the local conditions of long and cold winters and frequent snowstorms, and then focused on the analysis for the design features of the LRT station in the severe cold region: the thermal insulation design of the fully enclosed station, moisture condensation checking for condensation prevention, and the adaptability study on curtain wall system in snow removal, wind resistance and safety under severe cold climate conditions.To introduce the characteristic of Astana LRT station architecture scheme, it was stated that the design in overseas projects should be fully considered safe,factors and users habits;the design concept should be localized to avoid overseas design risk to promote the smooth implementation of project.
