摘要
智能仓储是智能物流的重要组成部分,是现代仓储物流的发展趋势。根据防汛抗旱物资及其智能仓储特性,综合考虑出库效率、货架稳定性等多目标,建立防汛抗旱物资货位分配模型,运用权重法将多目标优化问题转化成单目标优化问题,并以江苏省水利防汛物资储备中心镇江分中心仓库省级防汛抗旱物资智能仓储区设施设备规划与货位分配为例进行实证分析,基于遗传算法和Matlab软件对该仓库省级防汛物资进行货位分配优化,取得了较好的效果。
Intelligent storage is an important part of intelligent logistics, and it is the development trend of modern warehousing and logistics. Based on the characteristics of flood and drought prevention materials and their intelligent storage characteristics, a decision model of intelligent storage location allocation with the multi objectives of shelf stability and storage efficiency was set up, the multi-objective optimization problem was transformed into a single objective optimization problem by using the weight method. A case study was made on the facilities planning and location allocation in the intelligent storage area of the provincial flood and drought prevention materials at Zhenjiang Sub Center Warehouse of Jiangsu Water Conservancy and Flood Control Material Reserve Center, then the intelligent storage location allocation of the provincial flood and drought prevention materials was optimized based on the MATLAB software and the good results had been achieved.
