摘要
针对某实际胶凝砂砾石永久性水利工程特性进行配合比设计,采用丁朴荣理论公式法和最大密度试验法进行三种砂砾石料混合级配设计,并结合配合比试验研究优选胶凝材料用量和水胶比。胶凝砂砾石材料的抗压强度随着胶凝材料用量的增大而增大,且在胶凝材料用量大于100 kg/m^3时,胶凝砂砾石材料力学性能趋向于混凝土。此外,在同一胶凝材料用量下,试件抗压强度随水胶比的增大呈现先增大后减小的趋势,即存在最优水胶比。综合实际施工技术、节约经济及抗压强度富余度等条件,最终为该工程推荐胶凝材料用量为100 kg/m^3,水胶比为1.0。
This paper details the mixture ratio design of the Permanent Water Conservancy project of the actual cementing sand and gravel. The Ding Pu-rong theory formula method and the maximum compactness test method were used to carry out three kinds of sand and gravel mixture gradation design. And combining the mix ratio test to optimize the amount of cementitious materials and the ratio of water and rubber. The compressive strength of cementitious sand-gravel material increases with the increases of the dosage of cementitious materials. And when the dosage of cementitious material is greater than that of 100 kg/m^3, the mechanical properties of cementitious sand-gravel materials tend to be concrete. In addition, under the same cementitious material dosage, the tendency of the compressive strength of specimen was increased first and then decreased with the increase of the ratio of water to rubber. And the optimal water glue ratio was found in the test results. Combined with the actual construction technology, economical and the surplus degrees of compressive strength, the recommended cementitious materials dosage and water glue ratio for the project is 100 kg/m^3 and 1.0, respectively.
