摘要
21世纪以来,出现了一些新的医学人文理念,其中主要有共济与共赢、患者赋权、医学主体间性、身体哲学与医学、患者的真实世界、伦理效应、人道功利主义、心灵哲学、关系实在等。这些理念有的对医学人文具有基础性意义,有的则是属于医患权利的深化、扩展与平衡,有的是对医学伦理学效应的探索。这些新理念展示了医学人文运动的深化与发展,即夯实基础、平衡权利、共济互赢,完善医学伦理实践的阶段,希望引起人文学者和医学专家的关注。
Since the 21st century,there have been some new concepts of medical humanities,including:mutual aid and win-win strategy,patient empowerment,the inter-subjectivity of medicine,body philosophy and medicine,the real world of patient,ethical effect,humanitarian utilitarianism,philosophy of mind,relational reality,etc.Some of these concepts have basic significance to medical humanities,others belong to the deepening,expansion and balance of the doctor-patient rights,and some are the exploration of the application of medical ethics.These new concepts showed the deepening and development of the medical humanities movement,that is,the stage of consolidating the foundation,balancing rights and gaining mutual aid and win-win results,so as to attract the attention of humanities scholars and medical experts.
