浅析中国“医患共同决策”的理论研究——基于CNKI的文献分析

A Brief Analysis on the Theoretical Research of “Doctor-patient Shared Decision Making” in China: Literature Analysis Based on CNKI

当前“医患共同决策”正在成为医疗决策重要模式之一,为了解中国“医患共同决策”研究现状,明确我国“医患共同决策”研究的关注重点及未来方向,在中国知网(CNKI)进行文献检索,筛选相关文献进行分类整理及数据分析。通过深入剖析引用频次大于等于5的文献,从理论上扫描我国“医患共同决策”的研究现状,分析核心概念;理顺关于此问题的研究重点及热点;探讨国内外医患共同决策发展状况的差异;了解国内共同决策的实施程度以及共同决策对临床实践的指导意义。依此在理论上明确基于中国的医疗实情建立本土化的共同决策概念的必要性,为在临床诊疗中践行共同决策并为建立理性的医患关系、充分保障患者的权利提供理论参考。

At present,the“doctor-patient shared decision making”is becoming one of the important models of medical decision making.In order to understand the current situation of the research on“doctor-patient shared decision making”in China and clarify the focus and future direction of the research on“doctor-patient shared decision making”in China,literature retrieval was conducted on CNKI,relevant literatures were screened,classified,sorted and analyzed.Through in-depth analysis of literatures with a citation frequency greater than or equal to 5,this study theoretically scanned the research status of“doctor-patient shared decision making”in China and analyzed the core concepts to straighten out the research focus and heat on this issue;to explore the differences in the development of doctor-patient shared decision making at home and abroad;to understand the implementation degree of domestic shared decision making and the guiding significance of shared decision making for clinical practice.Based on this,it is theoretically clear that it is necessary to establish the concept of localized shared decision making based on the actual medical situation in China,so as to provide some theoretical references for the practice of shared decision making in clinical diagnosis and treatment,the establishment of rational doctor-patient relationship and the full protection of patients’rights.
