基于5W2H分析法的我国医患沟通要素分析

Analysis of Doctor-patient Communication Elements Based on 5W2H Analysis Method in China

医患关系是医疗活动过程中最基本的人际关系。研究表明,及时有效的沟通对于医患关系的改善具有重要的作用。面对医患关系紧张的现实局面,运用5W2H分析法,结合临床具体情境,分析了医患沟通的各个要素,并对各要素作了详细阐述。提出医护人员要强化沟通意识、提高沟通技能,并且能够遵照医患沟通的各个要素,结合实际情况更好地与患者进行沟通,给予患者尊重和切实的医疗帮助,从而引导患者树立对疾病的正确认知,实现医患关系的缓和。

Doctor-patient relationship is the most basic interpersonal relationship in the process of medical activities.Previous studies have shown that timely and effective communication plays a vital role in improving the doctor-patient relationship.In the face of the tense doctor-patient relationship,the 5W2H analysis method was used to analyze the elements of doctor-patient communication in combination with the specific clinical situation,and the elements were elaborated in detail.This study proposed that medical staff should strengthen communication awareness,improve communication skills,be able to better communicate with patients in accordance with various elements of doctor-patient communication,and give patients respect and practical medical help,so as to guide patients to establish a correct cognition of the disease and realize the relaxation of doctor-patient relationship.
