摘要 2018年9月,NVIDIA推出RTX Turing架构显卡,其中一大特性便是Mesh Shading技术。Meshlet是Mesh Shading Pipeline的基本渲染单位,其生成质量影响Mesh Shading Pipeline渲染效率。官方未给出确切Meshlet生成方法。经过分析,给出基于几何拓扑关系和广度优先,根据相邻顶点信息生成Meshlet的算法。 In September 2018,Nvidia introduced RTX Turing architecture graphics card which had a great feature which is Mesh Shading technology.Meshlet is the basic rendering object of the Mesh Shading Pipeline,and its generation quality could affect the rendering efficiency of the Mesh Shading Pipeline.The official did not give an exact method for the meshlet generation.After analysis,an algorithm for generating meshlets from the information of adjacent vertex is given based on the geometric topology relation and breadth first strategy.
