摘要
目的:优选复方黄苦膏成型工艺。方法:采用单因素考察和L9(34)正交试验设计,对可能影响成型因素进行四因素三水平考察,并对结果进行分析。结果:以混合提取湿膏与油溶性基质在75℃下混合,将水相缓慢倒入油相,搅拌至冷却即得。结论:优化得到的成型工艺科学合理,稳定可行。
Objective To optimized the molding process of Compound Huangku Plaster.Methods The single factor study and L9(34)orthogonal test design were used to investigate the factors that may affect the molding factors,and analyze the results.Results The mixed extract wet paste was mixed with the oil-soluble base at 75℃,and the aqueous phase was slowly poured into the oil phase,and stirred until cooled.Conclusion The optimized forming process is scientific,reasonable,stable and feasible.
