摘要
根据GB/T 1616—2014《工业过氧化氢》中的过氧化氢含量(W,以质量分数表示)和稳定度(S)的测试方法进行了没加稳定剂及加有稳定剂的不同工业过氧化氢的W,S的测试,探讨了不同温度和不同放置时间对其W,S的影响,以及没有加稳定剂的两种试样混合后的W,S的变化。结果表明:对于没有加稳定剂的W为30.31%,S为96.60%的试样,在温度3~50℃保存96 h后,再在室温为23~25℃中放置60 h,试样的W和S基本不变;W为30.08%,S为90.00%的没加稳定剂的试样,在温度为30~35℃的室外,30 d内其S基本不变;W为30.39%,S为86.53%的没加稳定剂试样在温度为30~35℃的室外,降解较快,只能保存10 d左右;W为28.58%,S为85.32%的试样添加含量约50μg/g的稳定剂后,其S可达97%以上,在温度为30~35℃的室外,保存35 d,其试样的W和S基本不变;没加稳定剂的不同W和S的试样按体积比11混合后,其W值为两种试样W之和的50%,而其S接近原试样中的较低S值。
According to the test method of hydrogen peroxide content(W,expressed by mass fraction)and stability(S)described in Industrial Hydrogen Peroxide(GB/T 1616-2014),W and S of different industrial hydrogen peroxide without and with stabilizers were tested.The effects of storage temperature and time on W and S of industrial hydrogen peroxide were discussed,as was the change of W and S of the mixture sample of two kinds of hydrogen peroxide without stabilizers.The results showed that the stabilizer-free samples possessed W of 30.31%and S of 96.60%,which were basically unchanged while successively stored at 3-50℃for 96 h and at 23-25℃for 60 h;the stabilizer-free sample with W of 30.08%and S of 90.00%had S almost unchanged while stored at 30-35℃outdoors for 30 d;the stabilizer-free sample with W of 30.39%and S of 86.53%can only be preserved for 10 d due to its fast degradation at 30-35℃outdoors;the sample with W of 28.58%and S of 85.32%had S above 97%while added with about 50μg/g stabilizer and had W and S basically unchanged while stored at 30-35℃outdoors for 35 d;and W of the mixture sample was equal to 50%of the sum of W of the two original samples and S close to the lower S value of the original samples when the stabilizer-free samples with different W and S were mixed at a volume ratio of 11.
