摘要
介绍了涤纶短纤维装置中NUEMAG卷曲机液压侧顶装置的结构组成及功能,以及液压侧顶装置频繁发生故障的原因;对比了液压系统与气动系统的性能,进行了液压侧顶装置气动改造的可行性分析,并在线测试了气动改造的效果。结果表明:液压油缸故障频率高是侧顶装置频繁发生故障的原因;通过计算液压油缸推力,匹配合适规格的气缸,在保持推力不变的情况下,气动系统可代替液压系统;对侧顶装置原液压系统实施气动改造,选择气源压力0.6 MPa、直径63 mm的气缸代替原液压油缸,在天津石化100 kt/a涤纶短纤维装置NUEMAG卷曲机上在线运行测试180 d,侧顶装置运行稳定无故障,生产的涤纶短纤维产品质量合格。
The structural composition and function of a hydraulic side jacking device of NUEMAG crimping machine were introduced for a polyester staple fiber plant.The reasons for the frequent failure of the hydraulic side jacking device were analyzed.The performance of the hydraulic system and the pneumatic system was compared.The feasibility of the pneumatic transformation of the hydraulic side jacking device was analyzed.And the pneumatic transformation effect was tested on line.The results showed that the high failure frequency of hydraulic cylinder caused the frequent failure of side jacking device;the pneumatic system can replace the hydraulic system under the premise of keeping the thrust unchanged by calculating the thrust of hydraulic cylinder and matching the cylinder of appropriate specification;the original hydraulic system of the side jacking device was reformed pneumatically,that is to say,the cylinder with an air source pressure of 0.6 MPa and a diameter of 63 mm was selected to replace the original hydraulic cylinder;the operation of the side jacking device was stable without failure and the quality of the produced polyester staple fibers was qualified when the test was carried out on line for 180 d on the NUEMAG crimping machine of 100 kt/a polyester staple fiber plant of Tianjin Petrochemical Company.
