在对神经内科患者进行护理时实施细节管理的效果探析

Analysis on the effect of implementing detail management in the nursing of patients in neurology department

目的:探析对神经内科的患者进行护理时实施细节管理的效果.方法:将2017年10月至2018年4月期间四川省建筑医院神经内科收治的50例患者作为研究对象.将这些患者平均分成基础组和细节组.对两组患者均实施对症治疗及基础护理.在此基础上,对细节组患者实施细节管理.然后,比较两组患者的世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)评分、对护理技术满意度的评分、对护理服务满意度的评分、住院的时间及不良反应的发生率.结果:接受治护前后,两组患者的WHOQOL-BREF评分相比,P>0.05.接受治护后,细节组患者的WHOQOL-BREF评分、对护理技术满意度的评分及对护理服务的满意率均高于基础组患者,其住院的时间短于基础组患者,其不良反应的发生率低于基础组患者,P<0.05.结论:对神经内科收治的患者进行护理时实施细节管理可提高其生存质量及其对护理服务的满意度,促进其康复.

objective:to explore the effect of detail management in the nursing of patients in the department of neurology.Methods:a total of 50 patients admitted to the department of neurology of sichuan jianshe hospital from Oetoher 2017 to April 2018 were studied.The patients were equally divided into the basic group and the detail group.Both groups of patients were given symptomatic treatment and basic nursing care.On this basis,the implementation of detail management of detail group patients.Then,whoqol-bref score,satisfaction with nursing skills,satisfaction with nursing services,length of stay and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:before and after receiving treatment and nursing,the whoqol-bref score of the two groups was P>.05.After receiving treatment and nursing,the whoqol-bref score,nursing technology satisfaction score and nursing service satisfaction rate of patients in the detail group were all higher than those in the basic group,the hospitalization time was shorter than that in the basic group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the basic group(P<0.05).Conclusion:the implementation of detail management in the nursing of patients admitted to the department of neurology can improve their quality of life and satisfaction with nursing services,and promote their recovery.
