专业课程考试结果的分析和反馈在提升教学质量中的运用 被引量:5

摘要 目的通过考试结果分析反馈,提升教学质量。方法对临床医学专业学位课程考试进行考试结果分析,找出教和学存在的问题并面向全体学生进行反馈,将存在的问题加以改进。结果97.6%的学生认为有必要进行考试结果分析反馈,84.4%以上老师认为考试结果分析反馈促进教师反思教学内容、教学方法和试题结构;超过91.1%的学生认为考试结果反馈有助于改进学习方法、提高学习目标、强化应试技巧和激发学习积极性。结论考试结果分析反馈能有效促进任课教师和学生进行教与学的反思,为教师有针对性调整教学内容、改进教学方法提供依据,指导学生改进学习方法和效率,督促教学管理部门调整课价导向,同时提高教学质量。 Objective To improve the quality of teaching by analyzing and giving feedback of test results.Methods To analyze the results of the clinical medicine degree course examination,to find out the problems in teaching and learning and to give feedback to all students.Results 97.6%of the students thought it was necessary to analyze and feedback the test results,and 84.4%of the teachers thought that the analysis and feedback of the test results promoted the teachers to reflect on the teaching content,teaching methods and the structure of the test questions.More than 91.1%of the students believed that the feedback of test results would help them promote learning methods,improve learning objectives,strengthen their test-taking skills and stimulate their learning enthusiasm.Conclusion The analysis and feedback of examination results can effectively promote teachers and students to reflect on teaching and learning,provide the basis for teachers to adjust teaching contents,and improve teaching methods,and guide students to improve learning methods and efficiency,urge teaching management departments to adjust evaluation guidance,and finally jointly improve teaching quality.
