摘要
产教融合不等于校企合作、产学合作,不能简化为全真实训、顶岗实习,不能等同于单体互动、双向合作。当前产教融合发展中高职院校还存在着主动对接产业发展需求的动力不足、调整人才培养过程的措施不多、拓宽社会服务职能的渠道不畅等问题。推动产教融合纵深发展,高职院校应实现专业设置与区域产业集聚发展,促使课程教学与产业发展人才需求、教学科研活动与企业生产实际过程、社会服务职能与职业技能培训的融合统一。
At present, the integration of production and education in higher vocational colleges still has constraints such as insufficient motivation to actively meet the needs of industrial development, limited measures to adjust the personnel training process, and poor channels for broadening social service functions. In order to promote the in-depth development of the integration of production and education, higher vocational colleges must achieve the integration of professional settings and regional industrial agglomeration development, curriculum teaching and industrial development talent demand, teaching and research activities and enterprise production actual process, social service functions and vocational skills training.
