摘要
uL16定位于真核细胞核糖体的大亚基,除具有蛋白合成的基本核糖体功能外,在DNA修复、细胞分化、凋亡、细胞免疫等过程中也具有一系列调控作用。u L16序列保守度极高,对于60S亚基的成熟及翻译的高准度有重要作用。u L16可调节ROS水平,介导JAK-STAT信号转导途径,以此在一些癌症和先天性遗传疾病中发挥作用。该文通过对肿瘤细胞u L16缺陷表达的研究,较为全面地总结了肿瘤发生、发展的机制,了解u L16在肿瘤中的作用,为肿瘤确诊提供可能的合理化衡量标准,并对其发展应用前景进行展望。
uL16 is located in the large subunit of eukaryotic ribosome.In addition to its basic ribosome function in protein synthesis,uL16 also plays a series of regulatory roles in DNA repair,cell differentiation,apoptosis,cell immunity and other processes.The sequence of uL16 is highly conserved and plays an important role in the maturation of 60S subunit and the high accuracy of translation.ROS levels and jak-stat signaling pathways are regulated by uL16,which plays a role in some cancers and congenital genetic diseases.In this paper,through the study on the defective expression of uL16 in tumor cells,the mechanism of tumor occurrence and development was comprehensively summarized,and the role of uL16 in tumor was understood,which provided a possible reasonable measurement standard for tumor diagnosis and prospects for its development and application.
