全钢方套圆型防屈曲支撑间隙对抗震性能的影响

摘要 以一种新型全钢方套圆型管中管(TinT)防屈曲支撑结构为研究对象,提出了可能影响TinT防屈曲支撑结构整体稳定的基本因素。运用有限元软件ABAQUS,针对方套圆型防屈曲支撑内圆管与外方管在不同间隙下的滞回性能、构件拉压性能、刚度退化以及抗震耗能指标等方面的变化分析研究,并与单管支撑结构和相关试验数据进行分析对比。研究结果表明:两管之间的间隙是TinT构件整体稳定性的关键因素,间隙越小,整体发生屈曲的可能性就越小;内外管之间间隙大小对TinT构件的摩擦作用有较大影响,从而影响TinT构件的滞回性能;TinT支撑的耗能能力随间隙的减小增强,并且可以提供52%以上的附加有效阻尼比。 A new type of all-steel square-sleeve circular(TinT) buckling-restrained bracing structure was studied, and the basic factors that may affect the overall stability of TinT buckling-resistant bracing structure were proposed. The finite element software ABAQUS was used to analyze the hysteretic behavior, tension-compression behavior, stiffness degradation and seismic energy dissipation index of circular tube and square tube with square-sleeve buckling-proof braces under different spacings. The results showed that the spacing between the two pipes was the key factor of the overall stability of TinT members, the smaller the spacing, the smaller the possibility of buckling;the size of the spacing between the inner and outer pipes had a greater impact on the friction of TinT members, thus affecting the hysteretic performance of TinT members;the energy dissipation of TinT braces increased with the decrease of spacing size, and could provide more than 52% additional effective damping ratio.
