摘要
以单肢C型钢为基本构件拼合成的冷弯薄壁型钢多肢组合截面柱可有效改善单肢和双肢截面柱局部稳定性差、承载力相对较低的问题。为此,提出一种新型十字截面柱,对此类拼合截面柱进行轴心受压承载力有限元分析。结果表明:短柱、中柱及长柱的整体稳定性较好,其变形破坏表现为局部鼓曲,均发生在柱的中间部位;提出的十字型柱截面几何拼合比例为12,承载力拼合比例远大于截面几何拼合比例,拼合系数在1.3左右,材料得到了有效利用。
Cold-formed thin-walled steel columns with multi-limb assembled cross-section using single-limb C-shaped steel as basic members can effectively improve the weak local stability and relatively low bearing capacity of single-limb and double-limb cross-section columns. An innovative cross-shaped cross-section column was proposed. The finite element analysis of the bearing capacity of the assembled cross-section column under axial compression showed that the overall stabilities of the short column, the middle column and the long column were good, and the deformation and failure mode of the assembled cross-section column was shown as local bulging, which occurred in the middle of the column. The assembly ratio of the cross sections of the cross-shaped column was 12, the assembly ratio bearing capacity was much higher than that of the cross sections, and the assembly coefficient of the cross sections was about 1.3. The material was used effectively.
