摘要
随着环保意识的深入、大型煤场由以往的露天堆放改为封闭储存,随着建筑工程技术的进步和封闭煤场使用功能的提升,封闭煤场结构的跨度也要求变得越来越大,这对封闭煤场结构的设计与施工从技术上提出了更高的要求。在拱形桁架结构腰部设置拉索是目前大跨度封闭煤场较常采用的结构形式之一,现对一个拱形拉索桁架结构封闭煤场的施工技术进行总结,主要介绍了该封闭煤场结构中拉索张拉相关控制技术参数的确定,通过逆装与反顶及预起拱工艺解决施工形态使其符合设计要求,同时对拱形桁架吊装就位抗侧翻确保结构稳定性施工技术进行阐述。
With the deepening of environmental awareness, large-scale coal yards have been changed from the open-air stacking to the closed storage. With the advancement of construction engineering technology, the span of closed coal storage is also becoming larger and larger. The design and construction of the closed coal storage structure need to meet higher technical requirements. At present, one of the most commonly used structural forms of long-span closed coal storage is the arched truss structure with a cable at the waist. The construction techniques of an arched cable truss closed coal storage were summarized. The relevant control technical parameters of the cable tension were determined, and the construction form was solved by the reverse loading and counter-top and pre-arching processes,so as to meet the design requirements. At the same time, the construction techniques of arch truss lifting and anti-rollover for ensuring structural stability were expounded.
