摘要 探讨纺织空调喷淋系统恒压变频控制的设计运行。针对纺织厂喷淋室喷淋水泵的调节方式简单,造成喷淋水泵无效能耗增加的问题,根据水泵和管网运行性能曲线规律和水泵变频控制的基本原理,提出了采用恒压变频控制喷淋水泵,通过调节喷淋排管工作喷嘴数量的调节方法,实现喷水室喷水量的恒压变流量控制。实例分析证明:对纺织厂喷淋系统进行恒压变频改造,可实现喷淋系统年平均节能22.8%的效果。认为:喷淋系统恒压变频控制可提高喷水室热湿处理效果,提高空调控制系统的调节精度和反应速度,达到对纺织厂空调喷淋系统的精细化调节。 The design and running of textile air conditioning spraying system constant pressure frequency converting control were discussed.Aimed at the problem of ineffective energy consumption increasing for the spraying pump caused by the simple adjusting method of spraying system in the sprinkling chamber of the textile mills,according to the operating performance curve rule of the water pump and pipe network and the basic theory of the water pump frequency converting control,adapting constant pressure variable frequency for the spraying pump control was put forward.With the adjustment method by adjusting the nozzle numbers in the spraying calandria work,constant pressure variable flow control of the water spraying volume was realized.It was proved by practical analysis that the effect of 22.8% yearly average energy-saving for the spraying system could be achieved by the constant pressure frequency conversion renovation of the spraying system in textile mills.It is considered that constant pressure frequency converting control of the spraying system can improve the thermal & humidity treatment effect of the spraying cham-ber.The regulation precision and reaction speed of the air conditioning control system are improved.Fine regulation of the air conditioning spraying system in textile mills can be achieved.
