表里换层组织仿平纹纹样效果的设计

Design of Plain-like Pattern Effect for Surface Inner Layer Exchanged Texture

总结表里换层组织仿真设计平纹纹样的过程。以平纹花形为纹样,尝试通过表里换层组织的表面显色效果仿真平纹组织结构中经纬纱的交织规律。阐述了一种由纹样图转换成表里换层组织图的设计方法,并进行了两套配色产品的试织。结果表明:纹样图中各区颜色搭配要合理才能仿真出经纬交织的凹凸纹路。为保证纹样仿真效果,设计织物经纬向紧度时,既要考虑纱线细度,还要考虑组织循环纱线数与织物密度的配合。认为:试织的双层织物花形粗犷,配色鲜亮,可用于高档女装,如秋冬女裙等。

The process to simulate and design plain weave pattern with surface inner layer exchanged texture were summarized.Plain weave pattern was used as the pattern.The surface color developing effect of surface inner layer exchanged texture was tried to simulate the weaving rule of warp and weft in plain weave texture.A design method by transferring the pattern diagram to surface inner layer exchanged texture was explained.Two color matching products were trialed.The results showed that the colors in each area of the pattern should be reasonably matched to simulate the concave-convex pattern of warp and weft interlaced.In order to ensure the simulation effect of the pattern,when the tightness of warp and weft was designed,not only the yarn fineness should be considered,but also the matching of circulation yarn number and the fabric density should be considered.It is considered that the trialed double layer pattern is rough and with bright color matching.It can be used as high-end woman’s fabric like the dress in autumn&winter and so on.
