种族、突变和消耗:西方生命政治中的异质化

Race,Mutation and Expenditure: Heterogeneity in Western Biopolitics

从种族主义和战争维度切入,可为对西方生命政治中异质化的剖析提供独特视角,从而揭示在近现代欧洲历史进程中,生命权力在种族对抗和交融中所呈现的偶然性与多样性。现代生物种族主义的介入与生产和安全机制相交织,将生命权力从不同族类之间的对抗和融合突变为排斥、压迫乃至清洗。伴随着种族主义的突变,西方生命政治在法西斯化中,通过消耗式的主权形态,从压抑的现代生产机制中逾越而出,成为一种异质化且悖论式的生命权力形态。

It illuminates a unique vision to dissect the transgressive heterogeneity hidden within the western biopolitics from the perspectives of racism and warfare. This paper draws on such a vision to reveal unceasing mobility of the different races opposing and mingling with each other during the recent and modern history of Europe,by which the biopower transforms in multiplicity as precarious and aleatory. The biopower is broken up with the former trajectory of transformability,or diversity,but mutated into a unidirectional exclusion,oppression and even cleansing,while the biological racism is epistemically intervening into the historical transformation and technically interwoven with productive mechanism and panoptic disposition for security. Along with this mutation,the western biopolitics is intensified with the Fascism through the immoderate expenditure of sovereignty,to transgress the productive imperative of utility and rationality,also overflow from the repressive modernity,to blossom its metamorphosis in the paradoxical form of biopower.
