摘要
1985年开始的关于青少年健康状况的调查显示,中国青少年的体质持续下降,并且这个势头还没停止。青少年体质问题着重表现为:肥胖率增加、近视比例增加、身体素质停滞不前甚至还有下降的趋势。继"七号文件"之后,"27号文件"的下发从宏观的层面提出了要全面提升学生的体育素养的要求。本文从小学生肥胖状况的微观层面入手,从国家的宏观调控为准则,将体育素养分为体质健康和精神健康两方面,着重从学校这一中观层面为切入点探讨学校培养过程中体育素养对小学生肥胖健康情况的影响。
A survey on the health status of adolescents,which began in 1985,shows that the physical fitness of Chinese adolescents continues to decline,and this momentum has not stopped. The physique problems of adolescents are highlighted by the increase in obesity rate,the increase in the proportion of myopia,the stagnant physical fitness and even the downward trend. Following the " Document No. 7",the issuance of the " No. 27 Document" requires improving students’ overall sports literacy from the macro level. This paper starts from the micro level of the obesity status of primary school students,taking the national macro-control as the criteria,to divide sports literacy into physical health and mental health,focusing on the medium-level aspect--the school as the starting point to explore the sports literacy in school training process and it impact on obesity status among primary school students.
