论新课程改革条件下的体育教师素质

On the Quality of Physical Education Teachers under the New Curriculum Reform

在新时期,体育教育工作开展中,对体育教师的综合素质具有更高要求,体育教师只有不断提高自身的综合素质,才能胜任现阶段的体育教学工作。教育改革背景下,体育教学工作的开展,在一定程度上打破了传统教学模式存在的弊端,加强了学生的现代生活和学习技术的结合。文章主要以新课程改革背景下,体育教师专业素质的主要内容为切入点,对现阶段体育教师教育存在的问题进行分析,并且依据实际情况提出一些建议,以望提高体育教师的综合素养。

In the new period,physical education has better requirements for the comprehensive quality physical education teachers. Only by constantly improving their comprehensive quality,can PE teachers qualify for their job. Under the background of educational reform,the development of physical education teaching has broken the disadvantages of the traditional teaching model to a certain extent,and strengthened the combination of students ’modern life and learning technology. Based on the background of the new curriculum reform and the main contents of the professional quality of physical education teachers,this paper analyzes the existing problems in physical education of physical education teachers at present,and puts forward some suggestions according to the actual situation in order to improve the comprehensive literacy of physical education teachers.
