摘要
本文主要采用文献资料法、访谈法、逻辑分析法,以成都市猛追湾游泳馆为研究对象,研究其管理模式、消费者需求、消费者满意程度等层面,并为其他恒温游泳池的发展提供一定的理论参考。结果表明:猛追湾游泳馆消费者健康投资意识较强,游泳消费频率高,游泳发展呈现大众化、时尚娱乐化和休闲化的趋势,游泳市场具有较大的发展空间。
This paper mainly uses the literature data method,interview method and logic analysis method to study the management style of the Menzhuiwan swimming pool in Chengdu on its research management mode,consumer demand,consumer satisfaction and other aspects, and to provide certain theoretical reference for other thermostatic swimming pools. The results show that the consumers of Menzhuiwan swimming pool have strong sense of investment in the body and the frequency of swimming consumption is high;the development of swimming presents a trend of popularization,fashion entertainment and leisure,and the swimming market has a large development space.
