摘要
内部比对方法是示波器校准仪期间核查的常用方法之一,该方法的使用受限于是否存在比对设备,以及该方法的评定过程比对保留的备测件进行再测试和对有校准值的核查标准进行核查更为复杂,但是内部比对方法是一种行之有效且可靠的期间核查方法。为说明内部比对方法对示波器校准仪实施期间核查的有效性,本文结合实例,使用Fluke 5520ASC600示波器校准仪作为比对设备对Fluke5522A-SC1100示波器校准仪进行核查,详细叙述整个核查过程,对各个核查项目的不确定度来源进行了分析,并对各个不确定度分量进行了评定,计算出相对扩展不确定度,最终使用E_n值法对结果进行判定。
Internal comparison is a common methodof oscilloscope calibrator’speriodic checking.The method is limited by comparison device,and is more complicated than measuringspares and testing calibrated standards,but internal comparison is a effective and reliable period verification method.In order to realize oscilloscope calibrator ’s periodic checking using internal comparison method,this paper combine an example.The example’s checking device is Fluke 5522 A-SC1100 oscilloscope calibrator,and comparison instrument is Fluke 5520 A-SC600 oscilloscope calibrator.This paper narrated the whole checking process in detail,and analyzed uncertainty’s origins of checking items.For calculating relative standard measurement uncertainty,the paper had realized the evaluation of measurement uncertaintys.After that,it judged the results using E_n-value.
