摘要
福建泉州闽光钢铁有限责任公司炼钢厂在转炉冶炼低硅铁水时化渣困难,难以形成泡沫渣,造成炉衬侵蚀严重、冷钢粘氧枪、粘烟罩、脱磷效果差等问题。通过对低Si铁水冶炼造渣机理进行分析,找到症结所在,优化造渣制度和供氧制度、制定留渣双渣操作法。实现低硅铁水少渣炼钢,解决了低Si铁水冶炼带来的诸多不利影响,并且降低了石灰耗和钢铁料耗。
The steelmaking plant of Fujian Quanzhou min Guang iron and Steel Co.,Ltd. is difficult to form slag when smelting low silicon hot metal in converter. It is difficult to form foamed slag,resulting in seriouserosion of lining,cold oxygen lance,smoky hood and poor dephosphorization effect.Through the analysis of slagging mechanism of low Si hot metal smelting,the crux was found,slagging system and oxygen supply system were optimized,and the operation method of double slag retaining was formulated. The realization of low silicon hot metal steelmaking with less slag solves many adverse effects brought about by low silicon hot metal smelting,and reduces the consumption of lime and iron and steel materials.
