摘要
目的解决传统住院流程存在的弊端,将一站式服务模式引入住院准备中心,优化各项住院流程,使患者得到便捷、高效、安全的医疗服务。方法2017年9月底医院成立住院准备中心,通过结合信息化手段,采取一系列服务措施,将床位预约、入院缴费、生命体征测量、检查检验、健康宣教、预入院等功能进行整合,实现住院流程的一站式服务。结果住院准备中心实现了一站式服务模式,优化了住院流程,提高了住院患者满意度,缩短了平均住院日,减轻了病房护士的工作压力。结论住院准备中心建立一站式服务模式,既符合患者利益,又符合医院发展需要,使医院的经济效益和社会效益双丰收,具有可推广性。
Objective To optimize inpatient admission process by introducing one-stop service mode into admission preparation center,so as to provide convenient,efficient and safe medical service for patients.Method Supported by information technology,the hospital set up admission preparation center at the end of September 2011,integrating bed appointment,admission payment,vital sign measuring,health examination and laboratory test,health education,and pre-admission to provide one-stop admission service.Results Admission preparation center realized the one-stop service mode,optimized admission process,improved the satisfaction of patients,shortened the average length of stay,and decreased the work load of nurses in the wards.Conclusion The establishment of admission preparation center providing one-stop service is beneficial to patients and hospital development.Popularization of the mode is both economically and socially necessary.
