This article discussed ways to influence safety culture factors(team leadership,team communication and collaboration,safety responsibilities and obligations),and to assess and improve the safety culture of medical teams,and pointed out areas and issues requiring further research.The development of safety culture actually involved safety awareness,excellent leadership,efficient teamwork and communication,and was applicable to any discipline.
