激光联合泪道逆行置管治疗全泪道阻塞的临床疗效评价

Clinical evaluation of laser combined with lacrimal duct retrograde catheterization for complete lacrimal duct obstruction

目的:探讨激光联合泪道逆行置管在全泪道阻塞的治疗效果。方法:将医院纳入的60例全泪道阻塞患者作为观察对象,患者施以激光疏通联合鼻腔逆行置管方法为患者开展治疗,观察患者治疗后的效果及疾病症状。结果:60例患者中,痊愈52例,有效7例,无效1例,治疗有效率为98.33%,患者治疗效果良好,满足临床治疗标准。结论:全泪道阻塞患者在治疗过程中,施以激光与泪道逆行管联合治疗方式,在治疗过程中患者满意度较高,且对患者创伤小,具有操作简单、效率高的特点,具有临床应用价值。

Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of laser combined with lacrimal duct retrograde catheterization in total lacrimal duct obstruction.Methods:The patients with total lacrimal duct obstruction included in our hospital were used as observation objects.The patients were treated with laser dredge and nasal retrograde catheterization to observe the effect of patients after treatment and disease symptoms.Results:Among the 60 patients in this practice,the number of patients with recovery was 52,the number of effective patients was 7 and the number of patients was 1 ineffective.The effective rate of treatment was 98.33%.The patient's treatment effect was good and met the clinical treatment standard.Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with complete lacrimal duct obstruction,the combination of laser and lacrimal duct retrograde tube has clinical application value.The patient satisfaction is high during the treatment,and the patient has small trauma.It is a simple operation with high efficiency,which has clinical application value.
