经脐单孔腹腔镜手术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝体会

Treatment of pediatric inguinal hernia by transumbilical single-port laparoscopic surgery

目的:探讨小儿腹股沟斜疝应用经脐单孔腹腔镜手术的价值。方法:以医院接诊的68例腹股沟斜疝患儿为研究对象,利用随机数表法分成实验组和对照组,各34例。实验组患儿接受经脐单孔腹腔镜手术治疗,对照组患儿实行开放式疝囊高位结扎术治疗。分析对比两组患儿的术中出血量等指标。结果:实验组患儿的手术用时和住院时间短于对照组,术后并发症发生率和疝复发率低于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹股沟斜疝患儿的临床治疗中采用经脐单孔腹腔镜手术,不仅有助于缩短手术用时,减少手术创伤,还能降低术后并发症发生率。

Objective:To study the value of transumbilical single-port laparoscopic surgery in children with inguinal hernia.Methods:68 cases of children with indirect inguinal hernia admitted to hospital were selected as research objects,and were divided into experimental and control groups by random number table method(n=34).The experimental group received transumbilical single-hole laparoscopic surgery,and the control group received open hernia sac high ligation.The intraoperative blood loss and other indicators of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:the operation time and hospitalization time of the experimental group were shorter than that of the control group,the incidence of postoperative complications and hernia recurrence rate were lower than that of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:in the clinical treatment of children with indirect inguinal hernia,the application of transumbilical single-port laparoscopic surgery can not only shorten the operation time and reduce the surgical trauma,but also reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
