膝关节半月板损伤的MRI分级分类及临床应用

Classification of meniscus injury of knee joint by MRI

目的:探讨磁共振成像在膝关节半月板损伤中分级、分型及临床价值。方法:搜集某院180例膝关节损伤患者的MRI检查资料,对MRI征象的特征进行分析,进行分级及分型。结果:正常(0级)15例,Ⅰ级22例,Ⅱ级55例,Ⅲ级88例。Ⅲ级撕裂中水平撕裂18例(20.5%),垂直撕裂12例(13.6%),斜行撕裂30例(34.1%),复合型撕裂28例(31.8%)。结论:MRI作为一种无创性检查,对半月板损伤进行分级、分型,为临床医生治疗方案的制定、治疗效果的预测与评估提供极大价值,是临床医生目前首选的检查方法。

Objective:To research the application value of magnetic resonance imaging in meniscus injury of knee joint.Methods:The MRI data of 180 patients with knee meniscus injury admitted to our hospital were collected,and the characteristics of the MRI signs were analyzed,classified and classified.Results:There were 15 cases of normal(grade 0),22 cases of gradeⅠ,55 cases of gradeⅡand 88 cases of gradeⅢ.Among gradeⅢtear,18(20.5%)were horizontal tear,12(13.6%)were vertical tear,30(34.1%)were oblique tear and 28(31.8%)were compound tear.Conclusion:As a non-invasive examination,grading and typing of meniscus injury by MRI is of great value for the formulation of clinical treatment plan and the prediction and evaluation of therapeutic effect.It is the preferred examination item for clinicians at present.
