隐疤痕LA术治疗急性阑尾炎的临床疗效及美容效果探讨

Clinical effect and cosmetic effect of cryptic scar LA in the treatment of acute appendicitis

目的:探讨隐疤痕腹腔镜阑尾切除术(LA)治疗急性阑尾炎的临床疗效及美容效果。方法:选取医院收治的116例阑尾炎患者为研究对象,根据住院号单双数将患者分为观察组(单数,58例)和对照组(双数,58例)。观察组患者采取隐疤痕LA术,对照组患者采取常规LA术。比较两组患者手术指标、并发症发生率、切口美容效果评分等差异性情况。结果:观察组患者手术时间长于对照组,切口美容效果评分高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者下床活动时间、术中出血量、住院时间、肛门恢复排气时间、并发症发生率等指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);手术后1 d,手术前后组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:隐疤痕LA术和常规LA术对阑尾炎均有较好的治疗效果,且术后恢复快、并发症少,但隐疤痕LA术手术时间更长,美容效果更好。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and cosmetic effects of concealed scar laparoscopic appendectomy(LA)for the treatment of acute appendicitis.To investigate the clinical efficacy and cosmetic effects of concealed scar laparoscopic appendectomy(LA)and conventional LA in the treatment of appendicitis.Methods:116 cases of patients with appendicitis admitted to hospital were selected for the study and were divided into observation group(odd number,58 cases)and control group(even number,58 cases)according to the odd and even hospitalization number.Observation group was given concealed scar LA,and control group was given conventional LA.The differences of surgical indexes,incidence rate of complications and incision cosmetic effect score were compared between the two groups.Results:The operative time in observation group was longer than that in control group,and the incision cosmetic effect score was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences between the two groups in the recovery time of anal exhaust,intraoperative blood loss,hospital stay,ambulation time,and incidence rate of complications(P>0.05).At 1 d after operation,and there was no statistically significant difference between-groups before and after operation(P>0.05).Conclusion:Concealed scar LA and conventional LA both have good treatment effects on appendicitis,and have quick postoperative recovery and few complications.However,concealed scar LA has longer operative time and better cosmetic effects.
