脑梗死急性期标准化康复训练流程对患者的影响

Effect of standardized rehabilitation training process on patients with acute cerebral infarction

目的:探讨脑梗死急性期标准化康复训练流程对患者运动功能及ADL能力改善程度。方法:选择医院治疗的100例急性脑梗死患者,按照随机数表法将其分为两组,各50例。对照组患者实施常规的康复训练,观察组患者根据标准化治疗流程要求来设计运动和ADL训练计划,其余和对照组相同。分析两组患者治疗前FMA0、MBI0,治疗后FMA1、MBI1,治疗前后FMA1-FMA0差值、MBI1-MBI0差值,FMA改善率及MBI改善率。结果:观察组患者的MBI1值、MBI1-MBI0差值以及MBI改善率均显著高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:标准化康复训练流程可以显著改善脑梗死急性期的ADL能力并加速运动功能的恢复,值得临床推广使用。

Objective:To investigate the improvement of motor function and ADL ability in the standardized rehabilitation training process of acute cerebral infarction.Methods:One hundred patients with acute cerebral infarction who were treated in hospital were enrolled.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups,50 cases each.The control group received routine rehabilitation training.The observation group patients designed the exercise and ADL training program according to the standardized treatment procedure requirements,and the rest were the same as the control group.FMA0,MBI0 before treatment,FMA1,MBI1 after treatment,FMA1-FMA0 difference,MBI1-MBI0 difference,FMA improvement rate and MBI improvement rate before and after treatment were analyzed.Results:The MBI1 value,MBI1-MBI0 difference and MBI improvement rate of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The standardized rehabilitation training process can significantly improve the ADL ability in the acute phase of cerebral infarction and accelerate the recovery of motor function,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
