健康教育和心理护理模式在慢阻肺患者恢复期的应用

Application of health education and psychological nursing mode in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease during convalescence

目的:探讨健康教育和心理护理在慢阻肺患者恢复期的应用。方法:随机选取收治入院的处于恢复期的慢阻肺患者63例,将其分为观察组与对照组,对照组(31例)患者给予常规护理,观察组(32例)患者在对照组基础上给予规范化健康教育与心理护理;比较两组患者临床肺功能改善与并发症发生情况,以及干预前、干预后1w、2w、4w的心理状态。结果:观察组患者肺功能改善明显优于对照组,并发症发生率明显低于对照组,干预后1w、2w、4w的焦虑和抑郁评分明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予慢阻肺患者规范化的健康教育与心理护理,可以明显提高整体临床疗效,改善患者心理状态,值得临床推广与使用。

Objective:To explore the application of health education and psychological nursing in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in convalescence.Methods:A total of 63 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease who were admitted to Hospital were randomly selected.The patients were divided into observation group and control group,and control group(31 cases)received routine care.Observation group(32 cases)For example,standardized health education and psychological nursing were given on the basis of the control group;the clinical improvement of lung function and complications occurred in the two groups,and the psychological state of 1w,2w,4w before and after intervention.Results:The improvement of lung function in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group.The incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group.The anxiety and depression scores at 1w,2w and 4w after intervention were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The standardized health education and psychological nursing for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can significantly improve the overall clinical efficacy and improve the psychological state of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
