如何培养涉外护理专业学生的职场口语能力

Research on developing career-oriented oral english skill for foreign-concerned nursing majors

随着医学领域国际交流日益频繁,对涉外护理专业人才的需求不断增加,该专业对学生的专业能力和英语口语水平都有较高的要求。文章从某医学高等专科学校的护理专业(涉外护理)的实际情况着手,分析了职场口语能力对该专业学生的重要性、专业英语口语教学中存在的问题、以及公共英语口语教学该如何与专业职业相结合的问题,并给出了一些具体的方法和建议,力求公共英语能够更好地为涉外护理专业服务,实现高职高专教学秉承的"实用为主"原则,为社会培养出高素质,高水平的涉外护理技能型人才。

The frequent worldwide exchange and cooperation on medical leads to increased demand for foreign-concerned nursing talents who are expected to master both nursing skills and oral English abilities.Based on the Nursing Department(Foreign-Concerned Nursing)of a medical college in Anhui Province,this thesis offers a tentative analysis on how to improve foreign-concerned nursing majors'spoken English in public English course,including the significance,existing problems and solutions.It aims to follow the“Practicality Prevails”rule and make public English courses better serve the major,thus providing the society with more nursing talents with higher qualities and abilities.
