肝肾不足型围绝经期颈型颈椎病患者的临床特点

Clinical Characteristics of Perimenopausal Cervical Type Cervical Spondylopathy of Liver and Kidney Deficiency

目的:观察肝肾不足型围绝经期颈型颈椎病患者的临床特点。方法:选取广东省第二中医院治未病中心肝肾不足型围绝经期颈型颈椎病患者54例为观察组,选取同期体检受试健康妇女54例为对照组,彩色多普勒检测两组患者基底动脉(BA)、左椎动脉(LVA)、右椎动脉(RVA)平均血流速度以了解椎基底动脉血流速度情况;检测两组患者血清白细胞介素(IL)-1β、IL-6、IL-8、雌激素的含量;X线检查颈椎正侧及张口位情况。结果:观察组BA、LVA与RVA血流速度均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组颈椎退行性改变发生率为92.00%,显著高于对照组的50.00%(P<0.05);观察组骨质疏松发生率为72.00%,显著高于对照组的28.00%(P<0.05);观察组血清IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肝肾不足型围绝经期颈型颈椎病患者常伴有骨质疏松与颈椎退行性变,临床以雌激素分泌减少及IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8的分泌增多为其特点。

Objective: To investigate the clinical characteristics of perimenopausal cervical type cervical spondylopathy of liver and kidney deficiency. Methods: 54 patients of perimenopausal cervical type cervical spondylopathy of liver and kidney deficiency from the department of preventing disease in Guangdong Second Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were collected as the observation group and there were 54 healthy women treated with the health examination as the control group. For studying the situation of the vertebrobasilar arteries, the basilarartery(BA), left vertebralartery(LVA) and right vertebralartery(RVA) in each group were checked by the color doppler. The serum concentrations of estradiol, interleukin(IL)-1β, IL-6 and IL-8 in each group were tested. The adem position and mouth opening position of the cervical vertebra were checked by the X-ray.Results: The blood flow velocity of BA, LVA and RVA were less than the control group(P<0.05). The incidence rate of cervical degenerative change in observation group was 92.00%, which was more than the control one(50.00%) and there was the difference(P<0.05). And the incidence rate of osteoporosis in observation group was 72.00%, which was more than the control one(28.00%) and there was the difference(P<0.05). The serum concentrations of estradiol, interleukin(IL)-1β, IL-6 and IL-8 in observation group were less than the control group, and there were the differences(P<0.05). Conclusions: The patients of perimenopausal cervical type cervical spondylopathy of liver and kidney deficiency were associated with cervical degenerative change and osteoporosis. And the decreased secretion of IL-1β, IL-6 and IL-8 and the estradiol would be the clinical characteristics.
