超敏C反应蛋白结合尿红细胞形态分析在血尿来源鉴别中的应用价值 被引量:2

The Application Value of High Sensitive C-Reactive Protein Combined with Morphological Analysis of Urine Erythrocytes in Source Identification of Hematuria

摘要 目的:探讨超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)结合尿液多形红细胞形态观察在判断血尿来源中的应用价值。方法:将2017年1月~2018年1月我院收治的血尿患者57例分为肾性血尿组(27例)和非肾性血尿组(30例),以血液hs-CRP检测结合血尿中多形红细胞镜检(相差显微镜)的方法进行对比分析,并以镜下图片形式描述红细胞的形态学特征,分析两者相结合相比单一血尿镜检对血尿来源的判断是否更加准确。结果:两组样本的多形红细胞比例及hs-CRP检测值均有显著性差异(P<0.05);且两项指标在肾性血尿组内按不同疾病分类的样本中有显著相关性(r>0.7)。结论:两者相结合检测相比单一血尿镜检不仅可以判断血尿来源,而且对于初步判断引起肾性血尿的疾病也有一定意义。 Objective: To explore the clinical application value of hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) combined with urine polymorphic red blood cell morphology in judging hematuria. Methods: 57 cases of patients with hematuria admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January2018 were divided into renal hematuria group(n=27) and non-renal hematuria group(n=30). We took a comparative analysis of blood hs-CRP combined with polymorphonuclear red blood cell microscopy(phase contrast microscopy) in hematuria, and describe the morphological features of red blood cells in microscopic images, then analyzed if the combination of the two methods is more accurate than the single hematoscopic examination in the judgment of source of hematuria. Results: There were significant differences in the proportion of polymorphic red blood cells and hs-CRP between the two groups(P<0.05),and there were significant correlations between the two indicators in renal hematuria group according to different diseases(r>0.7). Conclusions: Compared to a single hematuria microscopy, the combination of the two methods can not only determine the source of hematuria, but also have a specific significance for the initial judgment of the disease causing renal hematuria.
