丁苯酞对脑小血管病所致非痴呆血管性认知功能损害疗效观察

Effect of Butylphthalide on Non-Dementia Vascular Cognitive Impairment Caused by Cerebral Small Vessel Disease

摘要 目的:探讨丁苯酞对脑小血管病所致非痴呆血管性认知功能损害的治疗效果。方法:回顾性分析2015年6月~2018年5月在我院接受治疗的脑小血管病所致非痴呆血管性认知功能损害患者80例,根据其治疗方式分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组给予抗血小板聚集、改善循环等常规治疗,观察组联合丁苯酞治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后血清脂联素(ADP)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)水平,比较治疗前后认知功能、日常生活能力的差异。结果:观察组治疗后ADP水平显著高于对照组、MMP-9水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组定向力、注意力、计算力、短时记忆等认知功能评分及进食、洗澡、穿衣等日常生活能力改善程度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:丁苯酞对脑小血管病所致非痴呆血管性认知功能损害有较好的治疗效果,可明显改善患者的认知功能和日常生活能力,具有良好的应用价值。 Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of butylphthalide on non-dementia vascular cognitive impairment caused by cerebral small vessel disease. Methods: A retrospective analysis on 80 cases of patients with non-dementia vascular cognitive impairment caused by cerebral small vessel disease those treated in our hospital from June 2015 to March 2018 was conducted, and divided into control group(n=40) and observation group(n=40) according to the treatment methods, the control group treated with anti-platelet aggregation, improving circulation and other conventional treatments, while observation group combined with butylphthalide, observed the serum adiponectin(ADP) and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) levels, and cognitive functions and activities of daily living of the two groups. Results: After treatment, the ADP level of observation group was significantly higher and MMP-9 level was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05);the improvement of cognitive functions and activities of daily living in observation group were significantly better than control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Butylphthalide has a significant curative effect on non-dementia vascular cognitive impairment caused by cerebral small vessel disease, which can improve patients’ cognitive functions and activities of daily living, and has good application value.
