Research progress in drug treatment for gestational trophoblastic neoplasia

摘要 妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤(gestational trophoblastic neoplasia,GTN)是一组与妊娠相关的恶性肿瘤,组织学上来源于胎盘滋养细胞,分为侵袭性葡萄胎(invasive mole,IM)、绒毛膜癌(choriocarcinoma,CC)、胎盘部位滋养细胞肿瘤(placental site trophoblastic tumour,PSTT)和上皮样滋养细胞肿瘤(epithelioid trophoblastic tumour,ETT)。
