适用于燃料电池混合供电系统的能量管理策略

摘要 为优化燃料电池混合供电系统的动态响应以及能量的转换效率,实现燃料电池的最优经济性,提出一种在单位运行周期内通过储能系统荷电状态以及负载变化来确定目标功率值的能量管理策略。该策略基于规则模糊逻辑理论,根据负载需求功率和超级电容荷电状态的隶属函数以及IF-THEN规则对燃料电池的功率进行分配,使得系统对负载变化进行快速响应,实现其在燃料电池和超级电容之间的合理分配。实验结果表明,所提控制策略能够展示该供电系统对负载功率的调节作用,避免储能介质在整个工作期间出现过充电或过放电现象,达到延长燃料电池使用寿命的目的,验证了能量管理策略的正确性。 In order to optimize the dynamic response and energy conversion efficiency of the fuel cell hybrid power system and realize the optimal economy of the fuel cell,this paper presents an energy management strategy which determines the target power value through the state of charge of the energy storage system and the change of the loads in the unit operating cycle.Based on the rule fuzzy logic theory,the power of the fuel cell is distributed according to the load demand power and the supercapacitor's SOC,as well as IF-THEN rules,so that the system can respond quickly to the change of load and realize the reasonable distribution between the fuel cell and the super-capacitor.The experimental results show that the proposed control strategy can demonstrate the regulating effect of the power supply system on the load power,avoid the over-limit phenomenon of the charged state in the energy storage medium,and achieve the purpose of extending the service life of the fuel cell,which verifies the correctness of the energy management strategy.
