摘要
介绍了协调控制系统的优化改造,其目的是提高协调控制品质、方便调整维护。在改造过程中,取消外挂式PLC控制器,对原DCS系统中的协调控制策略进行了较大的修改。优化了锅炉主控、汽机主控、汽温控制及各协调子系统,增加了锅炉加速指令回路,提高了机组变负荷能力。通过变负荷试验、扰动试验、AGC及一次调频试验等,验证了优化后系统的协调控制品质更好,其各控制参数更稳定,取得了很好的控制效果。
This paper introduces the optimization of coordinated control system,which aims to improve the quality of coordinated control and facilitate the adjustment and maintenance.In the process of transformation,the external PLC controller is cancelled,and the coordination control strategy in the original DCS system is greatly modified.The main control system of the boiler,the main control system of the steam turbine,the steam temperature control system and each coordination subsystem are optimized,the acceleration command circuit of the boiler is added,and the variable load capacity of the unit is improved.Through load changing test,disturbance test,AGC and primary frequency modulation test,it is verified that the quality of coordinated control of the optimized system is better,its control parameters are more stable,and the control effect is very good.
