基于仿真研究的机电真空铸造生产线液压系统设计

摘要 为了更好地实现铸造技术水平的提高,本文利用仿真研究形式对生产线整体结构和液压系统进行系统设计分析。采用系统回油压力和比例溢流阀控制泵压进行分析,在管路过程中综合应用系统的蓄能器和插装阀以提高管路油液的稳定性。结果表明,该机电真空铸造生产线液压系统设计比较合理,仿真结果比较符合插装阀油压性能变化,有效提高了系统的稳定性。 In order to better realize the improvement of the casting technology,the overall structure of the production line and the hydraulic system are studied by system design analysis and simulations.The system oil return pressure and proportional overflow valve are used to control the pump pressure,and the accumulator and cartridge valve of the system are comprehensively applied to improve the oil stability of the pipeline.The simulation results show that the design of the hydraulic system of the mechanical and electrical vacuum casting production line is reasonable.The design is in line with the change of the hydraulic performance of the cartridge valve and effectively improves the stability of the system.
