日常无线网络优化与热点投诉处理等工作往往需要现场频繁测试,本文采用基于MDT数据的综合分析方法,无需现场实地测试即可全面地可视化展现问题,快速发现无线网络的覆盖与容量问题,更加精准的实现网络问题定位,高效地进行投诉分析和优化处理,从而降低网络运营和维护成本。

In daily work such as network optimization and customer complaints handling,frequent on-site tests ware often required.In this paper,a comprehensive analysis method based on MDT data was adopted,which can comprehensively visualize the problems without on-site testing,quickly discover the coverage and capacity problems existing in the network,more accurately identify the reasons of network problems,and efficiently optimize and deal with problems.This can reduce the cost of network operation and maintenance.
