Construction and Application of Hospital Adverse Event Reporting System

目的构建科学、合理、全面、高效的不良事件上报系统,提升医院整体质量安全。方法在充分调研用户需求的基础上,结合医院实际情况,加强各部门联动,搭建统一的不良事件管理系统。结果经过近一年的试用,系统运行平稳,操作简单、用户界面友好,受到用户好评,达到预期目的。结论不良事件上报系统的建设有助于保障患者安全,提高质量安全。

Objective To construct a scientific,reasonable,comprehensive and efficient adverse event reporting system to improve overall medical quality and safety of the hospital.Methods Based on deeply investigating the needs of users and combining with the actual situation of the hospital,all departments are unified to establish an adverse event management system.Results After nearly one year’s trial use,the system runs smoothly,operates simply and has friendly user interface.It received praise from users and achieved the desired purpose.Conclusion The construction of adverse event reporting system helps to ensure patient safety and improve medical quality.
