摘要
医保作为医改的重要组成部分,是重点,也是难点。为做好医院的医保工作,提高医保管理质量,医院在各临床科室设置医保联络员,建立医保联络员工作制度,并通过对医保联络员多角度、科学化、规范化、精细化管理以达到全院加强医保管理的目的。医保联络员在临床发挥的医保管理作用,使全院医务人员医保政策知晓率、患者满意度、医保基金使用效率得到很大的提高。
As an important part of medical reform,medical insurance is the focus and the difficulty.In order to improve the medical insurance work of the hospital and improve the quality of medical insurance management,the hospital set up medical insurance liaison officers in each clinical department and established a medical insurance liaison staff working system.In addition,we used multi-perspective,scientific,standard and lean management of medical insurance liaison staff to achieve the management of medical insurance of the whole hospital.The medical insurance liaison was the manager of medical insurance in clinical department which highly improved the informed rate of medical insurance policy,patient satisfaction,using efficiency of medical insurance fund.
